1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream style corn
1 (8 oz) package of corn muffin mix (recommend Jiffy)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven 350 degrees F
In large bowl stir together corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour into greased 9″ x 13″ casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven top with cheddar. Return to oven for 7 1/2 minutes. Take out of oven and let stand for 5 minutes and then serve warm.
